Trading Rules & Risk Management
What Is the Difference Between a “Hard Breach” and a “Soft Breach”?
Soft breach: We will close all trades that violated the rule, but you may continue trading on your Evaluation or Funded account.
Hard breach: You have breached the daily loss limit, maximum drawdown, or inactivity rule. This constitutes a hard breach. In such cases, you fail the Evaluation or your Funded account will be terminated.
How Is the Daily Loss Limit Calculated?
The daily loss limit is the maximum loss your account can incur in a single day. It is calculated based on the previous day’s closing balance and resets at 17:00 EST.
Example:
If your account balance at the end of the previous day was $100,000, you would breach the limit if your equity reaches $95,000.
If your floating equity is +$5,000, the new day’s limit is still based on $100,000.
Can I Hold Positions Over the Weekend?
Yes, positions can be held over the weekend.
Is There an Inactivity Rule?
Yes. Your account will be considered inactive and penalised if there is no trading activity for 30 consecutive days.
Am I Subject to Position Limits?
The maximum position size depends on your available margin.
We reserve the right to adjust margin requirements, order limits, the number of open positions, and drawdown levels depending on market conditions.
Orders may also be rejected.
How Is the Maximum Drawdown (STATIC) Calculated?
The maximum drawdown is the maximum loss allowed before triggering a hard breach.
It is set as a fixed percentage of the initial balance and does not change over time.
What Does 1 Lot Represent on the Platform?
Forex: 1 lot = $100,000
Indices: 1 lot = 1 contract (SPX500: 10 contracts, JPN225: 500 contracts)
Crypto: 1 lot = 1 coin
Silver: 1 lot = 5,000 oz
Gold: 1 lot = 100 oz
Oil: 1 lot = 100 barrels
Is Copy Trading Allowed?
Group services, signal providers, or strategies that bypass individual trading are not permitted.
Copy trading is only allowed between accounts owned by the same trader.
Funded Accounts
How Long Does It Take to Receive My Funded Account?
After passing the Evaluation, you will receive an email with instructions to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and the Trader Agreement. Once the documentation is completed and submitted, the account is created and funded within 24–48 business hours.
Do You Manipulate Prices or Trade Execution on My Funded Account?
No. We do not control pricing or trade execution.
Who Is the Counterparty to My Trades?
We may act as a direct counterparty for certain trades as part of our risk management process, using independent third-party pricing. This ensures real market execution and allows dynamic risk management. Profits and losses are calculated in the same way.
What Are the Rules of the Funded Account?
The rules are identical to those of the Evaluation account, except there is no profit target.
If I Trigger a Hard Breach on My Funded Account and There Are Profits, Do I Lose Them?
Not necessarily. You may request a withdrawal of your share of the profits.
Example: a $100,000 account grows to $110,000, you trigger a hard breach → the account is closed, but you would still receive your proportional share of the $10,000 profit.
After Passing the Evaluation, Do I Receive a Demo or a Real Account?
You will receive a Funded account backed by our capital. The capital is notional and may differ from the amount deposited with the liquidity provider, without affecting your trading conditions.
How Do I Withdraw Profits From My Funded Account?
You may request profit withdrawals every 14 days. Click “Withdraw Profits” in the dashboard and follow the instructions. Funds are paid according to the available payment methods.
When Can I Withdraw Profits and How Does It Affect the Maximum Trailing Drawdown?
The first withdrawal can be made after 14 days. Once approved, both the trader’s share and the company’s share are withdrawn, and the Maximum Trailing Drawdown is locked at the initial balance.
Example:
From $100,000 to $120,000, you withdraw $16,000 → you receive $12,000, the company retains $4,000, and the maximum drawdown is locked at $100,000.
Withdrawing all profits locks the maximum drawdown and may result in the loss of the Funded account.
